Northeast of Huntertown in Allen County. From Fort Wayne (I-69 exit 112B) travel north on Coldwater Road. Turn left (west) onto Fitch Road (almost 9 miles from the interstate), then left (south) onto Sunlight Lane. Park in the grass beyond the cul-de-sac. Driving distance from I-69 to the preserve is 9-½ miles. 18 acres acquired in 1997. Now totals 26 acres. The original 18 acres have been dedicated through IDNR's Division of Nature Preserves.
